​As someone with significant academic leadership, teaching, research, and clinical experience in university and community settings, I partner with fellow academics. If you need support with the challenges of navigating academic leadership quandaries I know the landscape intimately and am cognizant of the systemic issues at play. I offer coaching to leaders and colleagues in higher education at all levels. Importantly, I bring a deep commitment to empowering minoritized voices. I have worked with folx who sought support during the hiring, tenure or promotion process, in managing department and university needs, and while balancing life goals with the pulls of an academic setting. Additionally if more than one colleague is interested in coaching, I can co-create a group coaching arrangement.
